Shall be responsible for all communications to parents. All communications should be approved by the board and must be approved by the President or Vice-President.
Shall be responsible for the game programs.
Shall be responsible for the yearbook.
Shall be responsible for any inventory required for this position.
Shall work with the Volunteer Director for acquiring needed manpower resources.
Shall work with the Treasurer and budget funds required for each event and be responsible for turning over income from such events.
Shall propose budget to the board for approval.
